Our Mission

 Our mission at Bush Banter is to help young people connect with themselves more deeply and support them through their challenges by spending therapeutic time in nature.

We offer an alternative approach to traditional counselling through taking you out of the office and into the outdoors, providing a more natural style to mental health support.

At Bush Banter, we want you to disconnect from the distractions of the online and digital world, in order to reconnect with the beauty and wonders of the natural world.

We believe in the immense value of slowing down and getting quiet enough to listen to yourself clearly and tune out the literal and mental traffic.

A counsellor can guide you towards exploring your personal goals and navigating challenges, reflect your true self back to you, and can offer therapeutic tools and empathic connection to support your unique situation.

Bush walk and talk counselling:

The oldest and most natural way to feel better and talk about your mental health for young people like you who are allergic to spending another moment sitting indoors.

You’re not feeling stuck and terrible because there’s something wrong with you - it’s hard to be a happy and healthy young person in the world today. You need people who actually understand what it’s like to struggle with your mental health, who can support you and walk alongside you on your journey to feeling better, together.
